We are just north of Sheppard and one block east of Yonge Street. From the 401 take the Yonge Street exit and go north.

 

The building address is on Spring Garden Avenue, but the main entrance is on Doris Avenue which is a north / south street one block east of Yonge. There is no entrance to the building on Spring Garden.

Indoor visitor parking

​

There is visitor parking in our building. The entrance to our parking is off Greenfield Ave which is one block north of Sheppard. The driveway is the first one west of Doris. At the top of the ramp down into the garage, there is an intercom which will connect you to the security desk. Once they open the garage door, go down the ramp and make an immediate right (level P1) and follow the signs to Visitor Parking. To get into the elevator you will once again have to use the intercom to identify yourself to the concierge.

The concierge may ask you to stop on the ground floor to sign in.

PARKING PERMITS

If you are going to be staying overnight and leaving your vehicle in a visitor parking spot, you MUST display a parking permit on the dashboard of your vehicle. Failure to display a permit issued by Atrium II may result in a ticket or towing or both.

 

STREET PARKING

​

There is no parking allowed on Greenfield Avenue or on Doris Avenue north of Greenfield Avenue.

There is street parking (City pay parking) on Spring Garden Avenue.

​

There is also pay parking in the Sheppard Centre. The entrance is off Doris Ave immediately south of Greenfield Ave.
